• Website usage data: We may collect basic technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, typically via standard web server logs or analytics tools, to help us understand how the site is used.
• Vending machine purchases: We do not directly collect or store card payment details from machine purchases. Cashless payments are processed by our third-party payment terminal provider, Nayax, who process this data under their own privacy policy.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and discuss potential venue placements
• Manage and administer venue partnership agreements
• Maintain records for accounting, legal and regulatory purposes
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

• Contract: where processing is necessary to perform or set up a venue partnership agreement with you

Our website and vending machine services are not directed at children, although our products (including trading cards) may be purchased by or for children by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
