These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the expertvending.co.uk website and any services provided by Expert Vending ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Expert Vending is a vending machine placement and operation business.

2. Our services

We source, install, stock and maintain vending machines at partner venues across England, including but not limited to snacks, drinks, trading cards and collectibles, and everyday essentials. Venue partners host our machines; we retain ownership of the machines and stock unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Venue partnerships

Where we place a vending machine at a venue:

• The venue owner/operator ("Host") grants us access for installation, restocking and maintenance visits.
• Commission or revenue-share arrangements, if any, will be set out in a separate written agreement between Expert Vending and the Host.
• We carry out a risk assessment prior to installation and maintain machines to a reasonable standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Either party may terminate a placement agreement in accordance with the notice period set out in that agreement.

4. Purchases from vending machines

Where a member of the public purchases goods from one of our machines:

• All prices shown at the point of sale are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• We accept the payment methods displayed on the machine (including cashless/contactless payment).
• Goods are sold subject to availability. We aim to keep machines well-stocked but cannot guarantee availability of any specific item at any given time.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

5. Faults, refunds and lost payments

If a machine fails to dispense an item you have paid for, or dispenses the wrong item:

• Please contact us at sales@expertvending.co.uk with the machine location/ID, the approximate time of purchase, and proof of payment (e.g. bank/card statement entry).
• We aim to respond to all refund or replacement requests within 30 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Trading card and collectible products

Trading card and collectible products (including Pokémon Trading Card Game products) sold via our machines are genuine, official products sourced through authorised trade suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit, reproduction, or unofficial "fan-made" cards. Contents of sealed products (e.g. booster packs) are randomised by the manufacturer and not by us; we cannot guarantee the contents of any individual sealed pack.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expert Vending's liability for any claim arising from use of a vending machine or this website is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Intellectual property

Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG logo and related trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo. Expert Vending is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, or Game Freak.

9. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on this website (excluding third-party trademarks) is owned by Expert Vending and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
